Après une formation universitaire de médecine à Lausanne (1997-2000) puis Dublin (2000-2001), le Dr Julien Niederhauser a suivi une formation de neurologie à l’hôpital universitaire de Strasbourg et au CHUV, principalement en neurologie vasculaire, en mouvements anormaux et comme consultant pour les autres spécialités (urgences, PMU et médecine interne).

 

Il a complété son titre de spécialiste par une formation complémentaire en ENMG en travaillant pendant une année dans l’unité nerf muscle du CHUV (2008) et en EEG au CHUV et à Lavigny en obtenant dans les deux domaines une AFP (2011). Le Dr Niedehauser valide ensuite à l'Université de Berne une formation avancée en éthique et recherche clinique GCP (2017) reconnue par le comité d'éthique suisse.

 

Julien Niederhauser est membre du Conseil de la Société Cérébrovasculaire Suisse depuis 2024 et membre de l'European Neurology Academy depuis 2023.
